Well after finally getting a free night I could attend I took her up on the offer. All I have to say is WOW! I am in decent shape, but this definitely was a workout. Prior to starting the class I couldn’t touch my toes and by the end I was able to touch them without bending my knees. I also had a full body Website workout that was great cardio as well.
